On October 20th the Big Bang, an event on ‘sustainable design and innovation with polymers’, inspired 95 designers and industry leaders. This new and extended edition of the Big Bang was one of our activities at the Dutch Design Week.

It was initiated by Pezy and organized together with DPI Value Centre and Dusc, in cooperation with the ICSE.

The morning program offered informative lectures, followed by a lively panel discussion. In the afternoon, the workshop program challenged participants to match “sustainable materials” with “recognized added value” for the user. This resulted in innovative and sustainable product ideas. Altogether, a day filled with new insights, interesting meetings, fresh ideas, and a tangible drive to do good things.
