One of our unique capabilities is our in-house toolshop. The services of our effective tool shop include making prototypes, rapid tooling and the delivery of injection moulded parts for small series production on short notice.
Direct feedback during concept development
Thanks to our tool shop we can get immediate feedback at an early stage of the concept development as well as provide practical suggestions for product and process improvement throughout the innovation chain.
Rapid realisation of verified prototypes
With the prototyping and verification service we create working mechanical prototypes in a very short lead time and are able to test and verify them. Also we can make prototype injection moulded parts, thus testing and verifying the product with real material properties.
Several test procedures
Our testing and verification specialists use statistical methods to rule out any coincidence and provide proof that the product meets the product system requirements.
