Pezy is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary this year. Since being established in April 1995 by the Pezy brothers, we have quickly grown to become one of the Netherlands' leading design agencies...

...in the field of industrial product development. It's a milestone which deserves festive celebrations! We’ll tell you more about that later. And of course we wish to thank you, because we could not have come this far without the trust of our business relations.

15 years of dynamics & enterprise

It all began with…
.... Two brothers in student digs in Groningen;
.... the focus on technical support in the development of plastic products;
... an assignment for the first Philips Coolskin shaver.

And now in 2010…
.... we employ more than 60 people at our branches in Groningen and Eindhoven, and we’re a part of the Pezy Group which also has branches in Gorinchem, Amsterdam and Singapore, employing more than 85 people in total;
.... we work as a know-how intensive service provider in the field of product innovation for various multinationals and innovative SME companies;
.... we have contributed to many appealing products over the course of time, such as many generations of Senseo coffee machines by Philips/Douwe Egberts, the coloured luggage trays at Schiphol, packing machine for Neopost, a 5L home tap barrel for Heineken, the GIO Award winning security camera of the NS railways and a new product line for Victron Energy.

Distinctive force in 2010

Over the past 15 years, we have consistently adhered to our integral vision of product development, investing in existing and new competences where necessary. A recent example of this is the fact that we are one of the world’s first agencies to employ Cradle to Cradle designers, trained in sustainability.

Our mix of more than 60 employees represents the various disciplines, from the concept phase right through to the start-up phase of production. By having our own extensive in-house development workshop and test lab, we are able to supply tested product designs which truly work and are really producible. We also have many years’ experience in the field of plastics technology and can very quickly produce test moulds and injection moulding components. This integrated method of working guarantees our relations top quality, optimum development times and the greatest possible certainty.

Pezy Group

Pezy Product Innovation is one of the companies within the Pezy Group. The Group really came into its own after taking over the activities of CE Masters in 2008. The growth strategy of bringing together know-how intensive companies gained a new impulse early in March 2010, with the establishment of We Are Perspective, which developed from our activities in Amsterdam.
