CE Masters has been active in the market of product development, mechanical engineering and Pro/ENGINEER since 1993. 

Despite good prospects and sufficient orders in hand CE Masters filed for bankruptcy. Due to the high burden of debt, some recent financial setbacks could not be counterbalanced. The activities of CE Masters have therefore been taken over by Pezy Holding BV, owner of Pezy Product Innovation. Both Pezy Product Innovation and CE Masters will maintain their market positions and operate independently from each other. Consequently, CE Masters will preserve both its name as well as its identity. The complete number of staff (about 20 people) has been taken over, and the focus of the company will remain the same. Due to the takeover, CE Masters will have the required knowledge and means at its disposal to carry out the desired growth strategy.
