Large-scale pollution and the resulting climate changes are demanding for a change in the way of our thinking and behavior.

Companies are forced to manufacture products which are save for both, climate and society.
In order to solve the problem of wasting non-renewable resources, companies have to work in an efficient way. The companies have to take into consideration that their product designs are made of renewable materials – without losing a product’s quality.
It is essential to think in material streams. With regards to Cradle-to-Cradle there are two different sorts of cycle: namely the biological cycle and the technological cycle.
With respect to the biological cycle, materials are made of herbal or animalistic bases, which can finally be composted.
With reference to the technological cycle, technical materials like metals and plastics based on raw oil are used. Also these materials are recyclable. Simultaneously, it is important to separate these two cycle.
These developments are forcing companies to work together with their network. A good example is the company Philips which launched its latest version of the Senseo generation, the Senseo Café Eco. Pezy Product Innovation contributed in this project in order to optimize the “good design” process. If you would like to have more information about our contribution please follow this link.
