Océ in Venlo (NL) manufactures high end printing systems for professional markets. An important printing component is the carriage, a 300 x 300 mm part with nine fast-moving printing heads. Together Pezy and Océ achieved a breakthrough by developing a plastic printer carriage replacing an assembly of tens of metal components by one integrated plastic product.
