"Can you develop a cover for a PDA which will be used for touristic tours in Berlin?"
This was the question of our client. There was no design yet, and the first 500 products had to be available within 2,5 weeks. With some 'must-haves' taken into account the following steps were taken to ensure that our client received the expected products in time:
- Industrial Design;
- Product development incl. 3D CAD design, material selection, moldflow analysis, optimalisation;
- Rapid Tooling (mould design) incl. realisation of moulds and insert, first out – of - tool, trial serie, process optimization;
- Testing & Verification
