As a Senior Product Engineer, you can bring several years of working experience in product development projects to the job. Besides having engineering expertise, you are used to working in projects and are able to manage projects and its small team. You can function as a contact person and the consultative body for the customer and you are able to execute small projects independently. You feel comfortable in an organization without noticeable hierarchy, but you can also hold your own very well in different types of organizations.

In your several years of working experience, you have developed sufficient self-knowledge and confidence to know what you are looking for in your job and in which direction you want to grow. As a senior product engineer you possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial design plus ten years of relevant working experience, or a master’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial design plus seven years of relevant working experience. Furthermore, you need to have practical experience in working with 3D CAD (preferably NX and pro-E) and knowledge of plastics engineering. You have experience in project-based working and are familiar with the principals of project management.

You are internationally orientated and have excellent communicational and presentation skills in both English and Dutch. You are a pro-active and accurate worker and consider yourself to be a team player with a strong personality, who likes to work in a professional but informal environment.
